I grew up in Australia and have traveled extensively which has given me a comprehensive understanding of many different cultures and cuisines.

I worked for a global investment bank managing their in-house private dining rooms, as well as working for a wide range of private clients, so I’m used to creating great food in high pressure environments for a demanding audience.
